Bio/Descrip: Taken under Rianoh’s wing after his father was executed for marrying a Tao and siring a child with her, Niisha is very determined to bring down the status quo between Yutaka and Tao. Sadly for him, reality hits him hard as simply bringing down such attitudes through legislation will do little good if not worse for the Tao as hostilities between the two races continue to rise. Biding his time in hopes to seek the wisdom he needs to bring peace between peoples in Siquotia, Niisha mainly discusses other matters with the rest of the Council while he rethinks the tensions the people have. As time goes on, he may have a plan, but that plan would soon be the cause of what could be the fall of an entire empire...
